Inclusivity is at the core of our work. With 20 years of delivering inclusive training, we have the hands-on experience and practical know-how to best support your team:
- Our award-winning volunteer programme engages over 35 volunteers termly, offering experience and training in inclusive practice.
- Our Inclusive Resource Packs are accessed hundreds of times every month.
- Our weekly sessions engage over 100 young people per term, with over a third who have additional needs.
- Our outreach delivery reaches over 500 participants annually in schools, Youth Clubs, PRUs and SEND provisions.
In this training, we will share practical tools, knowledge, and strategies on inclusive leadership, communication, and behaviour management. Incorporating a variety of learning styles, the training is creative, active, playful, and engaging.
Our training is typically accessed by performing arts companies, education providers, and others working with children or young people. However, the bespoke nature of our offer allows anyone to deepen their understanding and practical approach to inclusivity including customer-facing teams and client-orientated professionals.
We deliver half-day and full-day training sessions with both face-to-face and online options to suit different group sizes and budgets. Included in our offer:
